How We Arrange Homecare

1. We offer a free, no obligation assessment in your home at a time that suits you. This gives you the opportunity to ask us any questions that you may have and allows us an opportunity to get to know you and explain our services.
2. Should you decide No Place Like Home Care Midlands Ltd is the right choice for you or your loved one we will ensure that we get to know you before collectively building your personalised care plan. We will discuss your care team as well as your first visit.
3. We will check that you are happy with your first visit and schedule for ongoing future visits in line with your care and support plan. We will check regularly that you are well and monitor your care team closely. If you wish, we will keep family members regularly informed. You are able to contact your No Place Like Home Midlands team at any point to make any changes or discuss any concerns.
